People continue to ask me why I like to write and how long it takes me. Where do my ideas come from and why did I decide to set up my own publishing company? They are fascinated with anything about writing a book, which I’m very flattered by. I am happy to relate my story of how my writing has evolved, the highs and lows, and how I plan to progress. I will talk to groups – schools, writers’ groups, book reading groups, charity events, or other groups simply with an interest in Brodie McHaggis, writing, publishing or all three! The format can vary from an informal discussion to something more interactive, particularly with a small group of school children where they can see how a story develops. I will discuss the characters and how they develop through the books and where they came from in the first place. Some of them were just by pure accident.
