Brodie comes into contact with a host of other new and exciting characters - including the thieving duo Big Bag and Knobbly Knees, Gnogard the ugly gnome, Booger the mean ghillie dhu, the peaty boglouts, and haggis bashers to name but a few - with some of Scotland’s best-loved myths and legends brought to life including Nessie, the Loch Ness, and of course, lucky white heather.

The story is set in the other world that exists around us. A world that, generally, only children and animals can see because we’re too busy to notice. Have you ever wondered what your cat is really staring at when there looks to be nothing …? But, we do advise caution because once this world has been entered, there is no telling what will happen and there is no going back. Brodie is finding a place in readers’ hearts and I'm being asked when the final in the trilogy will be available.
